The Countdown Begins

Well, officially, we have 3 weeks until my due date. Unofficially, I'm hoping it's not 4 weeks :( I am going to see the doctor every week. I had a litle check-up on Tuesday and nothing to report...besides miserable swelling and exhaustion. I'll be alright, every doctor visit puts me closer to my due date. I did just find out that my doctor will be away for Christmas, which means if the little guy comes late, she won't be around. I've met several of the other doctors, let's just hope they aren't on vacation as well and that he comes on time, I'm starting to get anxious!

A silly rumor put to rest

There was a tiny little rumor going around that David and I would be traveling to Jacksonville for Thanksgiving this year. I have no idea where this started, but unfortunately, it isn't true. After all, I am going to have a baby in less than 4 weeks. After my check-up yesterday, my doctor made it pretty clear that she wanted me to stay nearby. We will miss everyone. I wish we could be there, but we will plan a trip to visit soon. Enjoy your turkey everyone. *gobble gobble*

I know some amazingly talented people

Check out these thoughtful, handmade gifts that we have received. I know a lot of very talented people. Jennifer and Tim sent us this cute basket filled with goodies. The green "F" matches the baby's room perfectly. It was almost too pretty to open. It was very thoughtful.

Jennifer Snuggs hand-knited this outfit for Finnley. It is even more beautiful in person, this picture just doesn't do it justice. We are lucky for every gift that has been given to us. Thank you all so much!
